The questions people actually ask before they buy — and one email address that a human reads.
Frequently asked.
Ordering & delivery
7–15 days to the US, 10–20 days to Canada, counted from the day your order is placed.
The United States (free shipping) and Canada (a flat $9.95). If you’re somewhere else and want something, email us — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you before you order.
Yes — you get a tracking number when you order, so you can follow it the whole way.
If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes — email us with your order number and we’ll cancel and refund you in full, no reason needed. Once it’s with the carrier we can’t recall it or cancel it, so tell us quickly if you’ve changed your mind.
Returns, refunds & payment
You have 30 days from delivery to claim a refund or a replacement, as long as there’s a genuine reason. Damaged, faulty, wrong item, missing parts, never arrived, or simply not what the page said it was — email a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. You keep the item, there’s nothing to post back and no postage to pay. That list isn’t exhaustive: if something went wrong with your order, tell us.
What we can’t do is take it back once it has shipped simply because you changed your mind. Orders ship direct from the warehouse and there’s no return address to send one to. We’d rather say so plainly than take the order and argue about it later.
Before it ships, you can cancel for any reason at all.
Honestly — no, not once it has shipped. A cat taking its time isn’t a fault with the product, and we can’t accept it back for that. We’d rather you know before you buy than find out afterwards.
Most cats do come round. Put the feeder where the old bowl used to be, and for the first few days let it serve small portions at the times your cat already eats. Most cats learn the sound of the kibble dropping within a week. If it still isn’t working, email us — we can’t refund it, but we’ll tell you what has worked for other people.
All major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is processed by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify’s own encrypted payment pages. Your card information never touches this site.
The feeder
No — dry food only. Wet food would clog the dispenser and spoil in the hopper.
With batteries fitted as a backup, it keeps serving meals on schedule. The WiFi features pause until the power and internet are back.
The free Tuya Smart app, also listed as Smart Life, on iPhone and Android.
Email bisatiy.support@gmail.com and a human will get back to you.
Write a review.
Bought something? Tell other cat owners how it actually held up. We publish every review we get.
No reviews yet. Yours would be the first.
Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect your information, and how long delivery takes.
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bisatiy (“Bisatiy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our online store at bisatiy.com and any related pages (the “Site”), create an account, write a review, place an order, or contact us. It also explains the choices and rights you have. By using the Site you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Bisatiy is an online store selling cat products. For the purposes of data protection law, Bisatiy is the business responsible for (the “controller” of) the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in this policy at bisatiy.support@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Order and checkout information: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number (if you provide one), the products you order, and your order history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. We receive only limited details such as the payment method type, the last four digits of a card, and whether the payment succeeded.
- Account information: if you create an account, your email address, the username you choose, and your password. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider in hashed form; we cannot see them.
- Reviews: the rating, review text and display name you choose to publish. Reviews are public once posted.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, including support requests, photos of damaged items and refund requests.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information: such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected by Shopify, which hosts the Site, and is used for security, fraud prevention and to keep the Site working.
- Cookies and local storage: see section 7.
Information from others
- Payment and fraud checks: Shopify and its payment partners may give us the result of fraud screening on an order.
- Carriers: delivery status and tracking updates for your order.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as health, biometric, financial account, racial or religious information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
3. How we use your information
- To fulfil your order: to take payment, pass your order to our fulfilment partner, ship it, give you tracking, and send order and delivery emails.
- To run your account: to let you sign in, manage your details and post reviews.
- To show “Verified buyer” on reviews: we keep a record linking your account to the fact that you bought a product, so a badge can appear on your review of it.
- To provide customer support: to answer questions and handle returns, refunds and replacements.
- To keep the Site secure: to prevent fraud, abuse, spam reviews and unauthorised access.
- To improve the Site: to understand which pages and products are used and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations: including tax, accounting and consumer protection record-keeping, and to respond to lawful requests.
- Marketing: only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing us. We will still send messages about your orders.
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar laws)
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on: contract (to process and deliver your order and run your account); legitimate interests (to secure the Site, prevent fraud, improve our service and respond to enquiries, balanced against your rights); legal obligation (for tax and accounting records); and consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time).
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as much as they need:
- Shopify – hosts the Site, runs checkout and processes payments. See Shopify’s privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Payment processors – such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on how you pay.
- Fulfilment partner – our warehouse and dropshipping partner, TeemDrop, receives your name, shipping address, phone number (if given) and the items ordered so they can pack and ship your order.
- Shipping carriers – receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
- Supabase – stores account sign-ins, usernames, reviews and verified-purchase records.
- Email providers – used to send order emails and answer support requests.
We may also disclose information: when required by law, court order or government request; to protect our rights, customers or the public from fraud or harm; or to a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganised, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
6. International transfers
Our service providers operate in several countries, including the United States, Canada and China (where our fulfilment partner ships orders from). Your information may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or our providers’ equivalent transfer mechanisms.
7. Cookies and local storage
- Essential cookies set by Shopify make the cart, checkout and security features work. The Site cannot work properly without them.
- Local storage in your browser keeps your cart and your signed-in session so they survive a page reload. It stays on your device.
- Analytics and preference cookies may be set by Shopify to understand how the Site is used. Where a cookie banner is shown, you can accept or decline them there, and you can always block them in your browser.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you do, parts of the Site such as the cart may stop working. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by law as a request to opt out of sale or sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing further to switch off.
8. Shipping, delivery times and your address
Your name, address and phone number are used to deliver your order and are shared only with our fulfilment partner and the carrier. Tracking is provided on every order.
- United States: free shipping. Delivery takes 7–15 days, and the maximum delivery time is 15 days from the day your order is placed.
- Canada: a flat $9.95. Delivery takes 10–20 days, and the maximum delivery time is 20 days from the day your order is placed.
These maximums apply except where delivery is delayed by events outside our control, such as customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather or an incorrect address. If your order has not arrived within the maximum time, email us with your order number and we will refund or replace it under our 30-day guarantee.
9. How long we keep your information
- Order records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically up to 7 years.
- Account information: for as long as your account is open. When you close it, we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.
- Reviews: until you delete them or ask us to remove them.
- Support emails: for up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
- Verified-purchase records: for as long as the related review or account exists.
10. How we protect your information
The Site and checkout use encrypted HTTPS connections. Payments are handled on Shopify’s PCI DSS compliant payment pages. Database access is restricted by row-level security, and only authorised people can reach order information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Delete your information;
- Port your information to another service in a commonly used format;
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- Withdraw consent at any time, including for marketing, without affecting earlier processing;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do neither);
- Appeal a decision we make about your request;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email bisatiy.support@gmail.com from the address linked to your order or account. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may use an authorised agent, who will need your signed permission. We will respond within 30 days, or within the time the law allows (for example 45 days under California law), and tell you if we need longer. If you are not satisfied, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
12. Region-specific information
California and other US states. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have the rights in section 11. In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, address, IP address); customer records (phone number, order details); commercial information (products purchased); internet activity (pages viewed on the Site); and geolocation derived from your IP address or shipping address. We collect them from you, your device and our service providers, for the purposes in section 3, and disclose them only to the service providers in section 5. We have not sold or shared personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.
Canada. We handle personal information in line with PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws. You may ask to access or correct your information and withdraw consent as described above.
EEA, UK and Switzerland. You have the rights in section 11 and may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live or work.
13. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites, such as a carrier’s tracking page or an app store listing. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top, and for significant changes we will post a notice on the Site or email account holders.
16. Contact
Questions, requests or complaints about this policy or your personal information: bisatiy.support@gmail.com. A person, not a bot, will reply.
